How many leads could your booth screen collect?
Put in your own numbers. Then turn the screen into a kiosk that collects them, even when the hall Wi-Fi gives out.
A booth screen people stop for
Give visitors a reason to leave their details
Real screens from sample brands we built. Yours uses your products, prizes, and colors.

Spin to win
A short form before each spin. The prize each person won is saved with their lead.

A simple branded sign-up screen for a guide, a demo, or a giveaway. Also works after a quiz.

Send me info
Records which product each visitor asked about, so follow-up is specific.
Leads you can actually follow up
Saved even offline
Entries wait on the kiosk if Wi-Fi drops and send when it reconnects. Each is saved once.
With context
The product they asked about, or the prize they won, is saved with each lead.
One spreadsheet
Download every lead as a CSV and import it into your CRM or email tool.
Tell us about your next show.
Tellcase turns a booth touchscreen into a lead capture kiosk. Visitors leave their name and email, plus optional company and phone, with a permission checkbox, through a standalone sign-up screen or a form inside a product showcase, quiz, or prize wheel. Leads save on the kiosk if Wi-Fi drops, send when it reconnects, and download as a CSV spreadsheet. It runs on a Windows PC, a Mac mini, or a BrightSign player. Pro covers up to 5 kiosks for $149 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
What booth teams ask
How does a touchscreen lead capture kiosk work?
Visitors tap the screen, play or browse, and enter their name and email (plus optional company and phone) with a permission checkbox on an on-screen keyboard. Each lead is saved in your Tellcase account with the consent wording they saw, and downloads as a CSV spreadsheet.
What happens if the convention Wi-Fi drops?
Entries are saved on the kiosk and sent when it reconnects, so the kiosk needs to be online at some point to deliver them. The interactive itself keeps playing. With no internet at all, run an offline package and its leads send the next time that computer is online.
Does it scan badges or connect to our CRM?
No. Tellcase collects what visitors type in, and leads download as a spreadsheet you can import into your CRM or email tool. There is no badge scanning or direct CRM connection yet.
How do I estimate leads per show?
Multiply show days by open hours by the people who pass your booth each hour, then by the share who stop and the share who leave details. The calculator on this page does that math with your own numbers.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $49 a month for one kiosk and Pro is $149 a month for up to five, both with unlimited interactives and a 14-day free trial. Yearly plans get two months free. Hardware is separate.
