Product Showcase questions
Where do product showcase leads go?
Every lead is saved in your Tellcase account with the product the visitor asked about, and downloads as a spreadsheet (CSV) you can import into your CRM or email tool. There is no direct CRM connection yet.
Does it work on convention center Wi-Fi?
It doesn’t depend on it. Once a connected kiosk has downloaded the showcase, it keeps playing through drops, and leads wait on the kiosk until the connection is back. With no internet at all, run an offline package from a USB stick.
Can we change products between shows?
Yes. Edit products from a laptop anywhere, then publish or download a fresh package before the next show.
