Can the lead form go inside a game instead?
Yes. The same lead form works inside the Product Showcase, Quiz, and Prize Wheel templates, so people can sign up while they play.
Does Tellcase send emails to the people who sign up?
No. Tellcase saves the leads and you download them as a spreadsheet. Follow-up is up to your team and your own email or CRM tool.
What happens to leads if the kiosk is offline?
They are saved in the kiosk’s browser and sent when it reconnects, so the kiosk needs to be online at some point to deliver them. If an entry can’t be saved, the visitor sees a message instead of a thank-you.
