How much does Tellcase cost?

Tellcase Lifetime is $7,000 one time for unlimited interactives on up to 5 kiosks, every template, and 3 years of cloud editing, updates, and support. Extra kiosks are $500 each, one time. To pay as you go, Starter is $49 a month for one kiosk and Pro is $149 a month for up to five kiosks, both with unlimited interactives. Pay yearly and you get two months free.

Is it a subscription or a one-time purchase?

Either one. Tellcase Lifetime is a one-time purchase: museums and schools can fund it with a grant or capital budget, and businesses can book it as a one-time equipment purchase. Starter and Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions that start with a 14-day free trial.

What happens after the three years of Lifetime support?

Your interactives keep running forever, online or fully offline. If you want to keep cloud editing, new templates, and support, add the optional care plan for $790 a year. Skip it and your kiosks keep playing exactly as they are.

Is hardware included?

No. Tellcase runs on a touchscreen with a Mac mini or Windows PC that you buy or already own. Our hardware guide on the blog covers screens, computers, mounts, and power.

Can exhibit fabricators resell Tellcase?

Yes. Partners include Tellcase in their exhibit bids, set it up in the client’s brand, and hand the client a login. Partner pricing leaves room for a margin.
